About Us

A community-based organization, the Central Alberta Rowing Club was created in 2003, rowing at Sylvan Lake before moving to Lacombe Lake in 2005. The Club has an enthusiastic recreational rowing group and works with local schools, including Lacombe Composite High School , Lindsay Thurber Comprehensive High School and Delburne School to introduce youth to the sport. A new program for Red Deer college is planned for Fall of 2015.
